You see this is why I meal plan!!! I didn’t get round to doing the meal plan or the online food shop on Sunday and now I am popping into the shop every day. It is such a FAFF!
On the bright side, it is nearly the end of January! GET IN! I have been doing doing Run Every Day January and my legs (and knees will be glad when it is Feb!)
