This meal plan is coming out to you a little earlier than normal because I am travelling up to Suffolk to see my mum and dad today. I know that when I get home I am going to be tired and will probably want to just flop on the sofa.
So I am being my future friend and getting all my prep done for next week early doors!

Tuesday: Slow Cooker Cowboy Beans with jacket potato
Wednesday: Chorizo potatoes and smoked haddock fishcakes
Thursday: Slow Cooker Potato and Spinach Korma
Friday: No-Cook Friday
Saturday: Fakeaway Oven Fried Chicken
Sunday: Roast Dinner
