Happy Sunday everyone!…. and to everyone in the UK Happy Father’s Day!

I have been out all morning because Jonny had a karate grading from 8:30am – 12pm. But now I am home to sit down and relax with Mike and the kids for the rest of the day ❤️

Here is what we will be eating next week:

Monday: Slow Cooker Veggie Bean Chilli and Rice

Tuesday: Grilled Lamb and Minted Cous Cous

Wednesday: Pesto Salon Fillets and Potato Wedges

Thursday: Slow Cooker Bolognese

Friday: No-Cook Friday

Saturday: Dairy Free Spanakopita (recipe is in progress) and salad

Sunday: Crispy Duck Legs in the Sweetest Stickiest Plum Sauce with roast potatoes
