Woah Summer went fast! The meal plans are BACK! The book is written, the app is launched and that means that it is back to business as usual.
For those of you who are new around here, let me explain a little bit about No-Cook Friday.
Before I became a writer I used to own and run my very own fish and chip shop and Fridays were always our busiest day, then when I became an antenatal teacher Fridays were the days when I would see all of the newborns and the new mums in my baby massage classes – 100 babies across 4 back to back classes every Friday!
So traditionally Friday for me has always been busy and at the end of it I never used to feel like cooking – so No-Cook Friday was born – and it has kind of become a Bray family tradition. We have leftovers, go out for dinner or have a takeaway in front of a film.
Ok so now you know a little bit more about me, here is what we will be eating in the coming week.
Sunday: Slow cooker beef brisket with roast potatoes and Dairy Free Yorkshire Puddings.
Monday: Slow Cooker Cowboy Beans with crusty bread rolls.
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Gunpowder Potatoes with chicken tikka
Wednesday: Cod with Easy Gremolata and sweet potato wedges
Thursday: BOOK LAUNCH DAY! So we are out for dinner.
Friday: No-Cook Friday
Saturday: Red Thai Prawn Curry
