I love jacket potatoes, I eat them several times a week (my fave filling is tuna mayo!). I love them with a crispy skin but I always forget to put them in the oven, so I usually end up blasting them in the microwave – they never taste the same this way though do they?
That was until I learnt you could put them in the slow cooker! Holy Moly GAMECHANGER! For some reason they just taste better.
