As busy mums, it can be really hard to find the time to look after ourselves. I mean some days I am lucky if I get 5 minutes to go to the loo in peace!

For a while now I have wanted to launch a sister method to The Organised Mum Method  We all know that TOMM is a fab way to keep your home in order but what about us? What about looking after our own well-being?

Well, that is where TOMM: Mind Body Soul steps in!

We still provide you will daily prompts along with lots of top tips and ideas to inspire and encourage.
